Social Responsibility and Community Contribution
Since 2015, Ergün Kimya has been implementing projects that contribute to society, supporting social responsibility initiatives in various fields including education, culture, and the arts. At the heart of this approach lies collaboration with our employees, customers, distributors, NGOs, universities, and media organizations to create social value.
Education and Equal Opportunities
We organize vocational promotion and hygiene training in cooperation with universities, high schools, middle schools, and preschools. We host chemistry students from Gaziantep University for technical tours, sharing our production and laboratory processes on-site. We support university entrance exam (YKS) students with book donations and motivational events.
Women Employees and Equality
We were awarded by OSBÜK for our success in increasing women’s employment. We conduct awareness activities aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5 on gender equality. We organize training sessions for employees on gender-based violence awareness and prevention.
