At Ergün Kimya, all managers’ doors are always open to employees. Team members may reach any level of management—from department heads to top executives—whenever needed. The open-door approach not only focuses on solving problems but also on evaluating employee ideas and suggestions.

  • Follow-up and Resolution: The HR Department or relevant manager monitors the resolution process and informs employees of the actions taken.

This policy is reviewed annually by the Human Resources Department and updated when necessary. Revisions are made based on new legal regulations, employee feedback, or changes in internal processes.
